Functional Studio. This studio is used on a daily basis, every square foot is optimized to create amazing shoot areas whether you are wanting natural light, LED constants or studio strobes.

FURNITURE OPTIONS

The Natural Light area is setup with a bed and multiple couches. There are also multiple stools, chairs and posing boxes that are available to use as well.

MAKEUP STATION

Need a spot to get ready before the shoot, or touch-ups during your rental, there is a large mirror and tabletop with outlets close by for any hair styling needs as well.

There is a wardrobe closet available to use as well, dresses, bodysuits, jackets, etc. If there's something specific you're looking for, let me know.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

We ask all visiting photographers, directors, and crews to treat the studio and equipment with care.

01. Strictly Prohibited: Glitter, Confetti & Feathers

Micro-particles lodge into sensitive camera sensors, strobe cooling fans, and seamless backdrops. Body glitter, loose sequins, powder throws, and feather boas are strictly prohibited. A mandatory $250 deep-cleaning fee applies to violations.

02. Included Load-in & Complete Breakdown Time

Your reserved block covers your entire session: load-in, gear setup, shooting, hair/makeup, tear-down, and final walk-through. Please pace your production so the space is fully vacated by the scheduled end time to accommodate subsequent bookings. If additional time is needed, you can book longer online.

03. Furniture Handling & Set Reset

Props and furniture are available for your production. Always lift items to move them; never drag furniture across the floors. All moved furniture, styling props, and modifier stands should be returned to their designated staging spots before departure.

04. Non-Smoking, Clean Air & Substance Policy

To guarantee pure air quality and protect backdrops and linens, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and open flames are strictly forbidden inside the building. Smoking outdoors is permitted.

05. Production Focus & Occupancy Caps

The studio is an active commercial photography workspace, not an event venue. Unapproved social gatherings, ticketed parties, and unauthorized guests are prohibited. Please confirm your anticipated cast and crew size during checkout.
